HAVE A GALLERY DAY

"Works of art often last forever, or nearly so. But exhibitions themselves, especially gallery exhibitions,
are like flowers; they bloom and then they die, then exist only as memories, or pressed in magazines and books."

An afternoon spent wandering the galleries and having lunch with friends is a great way to spend the day. If you are planning such an afternoon, these are all wonderful galleries. The staff and owners dearly love art and are enthusiastic and friendly to everyone that comes through the doors. The artists they represent are all extremely talented, and that’s not just because I’m biased!
