Victor

Neumann Studio

30×40, oil on GC, $2450 CAD

This painting of a charging bull is the very first one of a series of six.

Victor was the first piece in the series, and the most difficult. He battled with me for 10 months. It morphed and changed, and eventually I just stopped – he had won, hence the title. I researched actual rodeo bull names for this series, they are highly entertaining in their own right.

The paintings are oil on canvas, and finished with a high gloss coating of resin for an ultra modern look.
